Cowboy boots are a specific style of boot, historically worn by cowboys. Cowboy boots have a high heel, rounded to pointed toe, high shaft, and no lacing. Cowboy boots are normally made from cowhide leather but are also sometimes made from exotic skins such as alligator, snake, ostrich, lizard, eel, elephant, sting ray, elk, or buffalo.
Dingo Harness Dingo vs. a Frye

Thought I would buy a similar looking Frye boot, but after trying the Frye on it felt very hard, especially in the heel, with no give. After searching online for a similar look, stumbled upon the Dingo Harness Boot. Ordered a 7, which fit like a 7. Initially felt a little snug and hard, especially around the ankles. After wearing them a few times they have softened up and I absolutely love them. Have gotten many compliments on them. Many people have asked if they are Frye's; they look so similar.

I bought these boots for a wedding in Arizona. The minute I tried them on, they were comfortable.I danced all night. No break in time. These boots are beautifully made by craftsmen in Mexico. They must take great pride in their product because the craftsmanship is phenomenal. I have never had a pair of boots that I did not have to break in. I have other boots that hurt my feet, but not these. I now have two pairs of Pecos Belle boots and love them both.

As a "senior" citizen, I doubted my ability to wear cowboy boots! But these are the kind you can wear with anything and they look wonderful. Durango makes a high quality boot. I am very happy! I bought a pair in an 8 which is my regular size, but went down to 71/2 which fits perfectly.

I had a pair of western-style slouch boots that were in desperate need of repair. I had to make a decision of whether I wanted to spend the cash to repair them or replace them all together, so I went looking to see if it was worthwhile to just replace them with a brand new boot.I don't own a car, so my shoes need to hold up to lots of walking around. I purchased these with that in mind, since they're boots designed for moving around and not just looking good.Normally I wear a 7.5, but I'd heard that these ran a little big. There was no 7.5 in stock, so I took my chances with the 7. I'm glad I did. The size is absolutely perfect. I have normal-narrow feet, so the width was excellent for me. I also have small calves, so the smaller circumference of the opening was really ideal for me. As far as walking, the shoes are very comfortable, but the shafts are so stiff that they rub against my shins in a slightly painful way. I'm hoping that over time this will stop happening, like it did with the pair I replaced. I assume this is because the leather is so stiff and firm and just needs to soften up.I'm not doing anything more hardcore than walking in these, so I'm not sure what all they can handle. They do hold up well to rain, which is nice here in the tropics. They are pretty stiff in the sole, so don't try to run too hard in these.

Got these at the San Antonio Rodeo a week ago and don't wanna take them off! They are beautiful, soft, and comfortable, and roomy. I've worn them with black leggings, and skinny jeans and got tons of compliments. That get noticed! I'm even gonna wear them with a knit brick color dress to an upcoming party.
