For my feet, the comfort in walking, hiking on trails and support is excellent. But then, Vasque has always made quality products.

I have worn Vasque shoes for years and this is the first pair that fits differently. It feels at least a half size too big and the medium is plenty wide for my foot - and I wear EE New Balance. It may be due to the large size, but they squeak when I walk. I'm hoping this is a break in issue, but I have not experienced this before. The reason I bought these is they discontinued the shoes I have purchased (over and over) and worn (out) for years. I will not buy these again, I'll have to try something else.

I like this shoe. This was my second pair. I have had some pain in the balls of my feet while running on concrete, I don't know if that is a shoe issue or a foot issue.
