Good but different then the picture!

I did A detailed research in order to make sure that my 15.4in laptop will fit. The bag is great. It has A lot of room for file folders, books and other things that I want to carry with me. It does have A nice compartment for all computer accessories. The only problem that I have is that laptop padded compartment can not be removed.The picture on the web had A removable padded case for the laptop. The bag that I got does not have that. First I wanted to return the bag but I did not. It's still OK.When I called customer service they offered me full refund if I want, which is nice that return policy is reliable.
