Fashion- yes, comfort- oh yes

Shoe Size: Felt true to size Shoe Width: Felt true to width Have you ever had a pair shoes fit right and be cleverly neat? If not, then try the Tretorn canvas! Oh my Oh my! Every time I wear them I either get a compliment or a question about them. I am on my feet all day; standing, walking or running- and I have no complaints about doing it in these adorable Tretorns! Now as for my new set of acrylics- that?s another story. My charming Tretorns make my long work days a little more comfortable and I look fabulously clever too. Wears this shoe: all day

Shoe Size: Felt true to size Shoe Width: Felt wider than marked This is a cute canvas shoe. I have a slightly wider foot and it fits perfectly. I love the light blue, looks great with blue jeans, a nice alternative to white for summer. Wears this shoe: Casually during the day with jeans or cargo pants.
Tretorn Nylites are awesome

Shoe Size: Felt true to size Shoe Width: Felt true to width I have annoyingly wide feet, so I don't wear good leather shoes much. Tretorns are the way to go, and I'm lucky enough to be able to wear them to work. They're colorful, comfortable, eye-catching. I can match them to a lot of my shirts. It's just a great walking shoe. Wears this shoe: Everywhere, anywhere, all the time

Unlike the original Tretorns.....poor quality

Shoe Size: Felt half size smaller than marked Shoe Width: Felt true to width I was disappointed when I received my Tretorns in the mail. I ordered the Navy striped ones. The shoe strings were cheap and very thin. The original Tretorns had nice thick strings that were durable. The new Tretorns were very thin, didn't have the original Terry cushion. The new ones were paper thin and were comparable to a cheap pair of Keds that could be bought at the dollar store. These shoes are manufactured somewhere else and the quality is not the same and not worth the money.

Not like the originals

Reviewer: Rachel from Chicago, IL
Shoe Size: Felt true to size Shoe Width: Felt true to width I had Tretorns in high school, and they were so soft and cushy. They had full terry cloth liners, and the canvas uppers were padded with a light layer of foam, and the terry cloth inside. I could wear them without socks since they were fully lined with terry cloth, and they never chafed. These new ones are not the same. First of all, the uppers are unlined. They are a single layer of canvas. Second of all, the insoles are very thin and flimsy, not comfy like the originals. Third of all, the padded collar is very lightly padded, unlike the originals with the thick padding and terry cloth lining on the collar. The tongue also seems very stiff and uncomfortable. The sole seems to be similar to the original. If you want a shoe for comfort or function, these new Tretorns look like the originals, but are not the same. Without the foam and terry cloth lining, the canvas uppers wrinkle and pucker, making the uppers look crushed. I just wanted these to walk around in, so they seem to be ok. They do require some breaking in, which the originals never did. Overall, they're stiff and sort of flimsy. I'm disappointed. I don't understand why Tretorn would bring them back, and change them so drastically. They should have just called them a different model name, and avoided the inevitable comparison. Wears this shoe: Walking around casually
