I needed extra room for my wallet, cell phone and miscellaneous things. This has lots of places to put your items and with the magnetic closure it stays closed. The only down fall is that you could loose items inside the main pouch with this purse and the shoulder strap is not long enough.

I needed two pockets for two different cell phones, and this fits the bill nicely. Magnetized closing for the four outsize pockets and also for the back flap which has credit card holders. I liked this so much, I went back and ordered it in black. Sturdy construction. Nylon-y material. VERY roomy bag.
