Not really a shoe and not really a sandal, this hybrid is equally at home both in the water and on the trail. Designed with a scuppered topsole for rapid water drainage, a quick-drying stretch mesh and synthetic nubuck upper, and a SBR lining package for all-day comfort, this low-profile hybrid includes a high traction, grippy outsole for secure footing on slick surfaces.
Fit: This style tends to run small. For an accurate fit we recommend purchasing a 1/2 size larger than you typically purchase. For example, if you normally purchase a size 7, we recommend purchasing a size 7 1/2.

Shoe Size: Felt full size smaller than marked Shoe Width: Felt true to width Very comfortable, lightweight. Order at least one full size larger than you would normally take. A little hot in the warm weather, does not have much ventilation. A good shoe for cooler summer days and boats or water sports such as kayaking, canoeing, etc. Wears this shoe: Cool summer days, when I expect to get wet

Nice shoe with a big problem

Shoe Size: Felt true to size Shoe Width: Felt true to width Pros: nice fit, look well, comfortable, excellent grip on wet surfaces. Cons: 1. get smelly fast (you wear them in the water once for a few hours and that's that); 2. Sand and pebbles that get inside while walking in the water cannot get out easily. I've been wearing TNFs for quite a few years, like them a lot, the grip is phenomenal, they are confortable and look great, take abuse very well. This model though - man, all of the above plus the smell. They became useless after I wore them for a day spent at the beach, walking and snorkeling. My other ones are definitely not as comfortable, but they do not smell. I'm really sad about the Hedge-frogs, I had high hopes for them. Wears this shoe: Beach
