I bought this shoe because I needed a brown Fall shoe and could not find anything in my size an a brick and morter store. I hate to spend so much money on my shoes, but have to to get my size. I think the shoe is at least 2 seasons old, but the color and heel height was what I wanted. I had to order and return 2 pair before I got the right size for this style, I think because of the elongated style to the toe, which is much longer in person than it appeared on the website. Shoebuy was very easy to work with. I just followed the instructions for returns on the website, printed off the UPS lable, and the UPS man at my office picked up my returns. When I ordered the 3rd pair, I forgot to enter the promotion code for the Thanksgiving sale that I received via email, so I called customer service and the rep. credited my account for the difference in price. She was very nice. The only thing I didn't like was the turn around time, which seems to take forever, but I really can't complain about that because I LOVE the free shipping. I won't order anything on line unless there is free shipping. I wish I could have brought myself to order at least 2 different sizes to try at a time, but at $124.98 per pair, I just can't put it on my credit card.Thanks for your great service and I will be ordering again in the future. PS I've told all the girls I work with about you!

This picture of this shoe doesn't do it justice. The brown is absolutely gorgeous. In a word, perfect. The heel height is not too low to be frumpy and not too high to be uncomfortable. Although I already own a pair, I would buy as many as they have left in my size, but unfortunately, none.
