I loved the shoes when I saw them. I ordered them. I own a number of SW shoes and checked their sizes. The only thing was they were too narrow and the fit was smaller than normal.

This is a high quality, beautiful shoe. I needed an attractive flat to wear to reunion activities with slacks. It is very dressy especially for a flat. I have a 4A width and usually have trouble finding any shoe narrow enough. This was actually a little narrower than most and was a little too narrow and maybe a little short. Otherwise lovely shoe.
Wears this shoe: With nice slacks to dinner, church, etc.

I have been looking for this shoe for sometime. I have the black ones and I truly wanted the brown, however, I was able to find the Navy and just love my shoes. I was glad to find Shoebuy and the brand that I like to wear, plus at a sale price.
Wears this shoe: To work and after hours.
Great shoe, but takes some time to break in.

I generally wear a 7AA, although sometimes, depending on the shoe, I need a 7 1/2. After reading other customer's comments, I ordered it in a 7 1/2 and the fit was perfect. So consider ordering this shoe a half size larger than you usually wear. The shoe is initially quite stiff, especially in the heel and takes a couple of wearings to break in. I find it very comfortable now. I have gotten complimented on these shoes several times.

I put off ordering this shoe due to several comments about it being a half size small. I wear a 6B and the 6-1/2B was not available. I finally gave in and ordered the Cream Puff in navy. If I had ordered 1/2 size larger, the shoe would have been too large. I found it very true to fit and required no breaking it. Very smart looking shoe, stylish, dressy but can go taylored. The shoes have an easily removable lining, underwhich is two foam insets per shoe, toe and heel. Should this shoe feel tight to someone, the foam insets could be easily removed and the lining put back in place. I checked this only due to so many comments about the shoe being small and shallow in the toe.
Wears this shoe: I wear with dressy and taylored business clothes.
