The next generation of GOrun hits the gym with increased cushioning and flexiblity in the SKECHERS GOtrain shoe. Ideal for running and intense gym fitness activities. Caters to gym and fitness activities like TRX, Cross Fit, Plyometrics, P90x, Zumba and more. Also ideal for running and fitness class activities. Foot is seated lower in the shoe for added stabiilty. Specially designed linked impulse sensors on sole add lateral and medial stability while still allowing excellent flexibility. 3mm heel drop.Seamless sockliner and sealed tongue for a fully integrated barefoot fit.

These shoes are the best shoes ever for the Insanity workout!! Before I got these shoes my feet would kill me during the Insanity workout. My old running shoes and other's I bought to workout did nothing for me but hurt my feet. These shoes are a little strange when you first put them on and honestly I would have never bought them if I would have tried them on in a store....but I figured what the heck, I'll give them a try. WOW to my surprise these shoes are awesome for Insanity/Cross training type of workouts. I would buy these again for sure!!!
