disappointed with pouch in lid coming loose at bottom.

A very durable roomy case. However, i am on my second one in 6 months, and the large pouch/folder area in lid comes unglued at the bottom and will not allow you to shut it with out moving things toward the front of the case. This has happened again on the second on i bought. Also papers will slide out of the case when opened if this pouch comes loose.I'm going with a different case on this 3rd one.
