Like any other leather boots its hard as heck on the feet when you are "breaking them in".I still havent broke them in yet after a month, the first time i wore them i got the skin rubbed off my achilles tendons really bad , but when these are healed i ll try to break them in again.

I've never had Docs, although I've had many boots in my time. They felt extremely wide at first but once I put on the appropriate socks and threw in my own insole, they fit just right. I think people without foot problems could wear them as it is. They are good leather boots.

I bought these boots for motorcycle riding. They work perfectly thus far for that, and the more I break them in, the more comfortable they are to walk in as well. The steel toe did make it difficult to shift; however, they do offer added safety without being as heavy or clunky as "safety" boots.

I bought these for my husband and he loves them. They are a little hard to break in at first, so a leather conditioner is recommended.

I love the boots, they are amazing and really comfortable. They look great with my uniform and shined really easily. I do love how tall they are, but the 14 eyelets make it a pain to lace and unlace. The tounge tends to slip to the side throughout the day as well, but that was easily fixed. GREAT BOOT!

These boots need to be broken in. The first few uses they felt very stiff. It's worth it because they look great and go with everything.
