I have bought this shoe four (yes, 4) times from Shoebuy. Ryka is the only manufacturer I can find that still makes high top aerobic shoes, and I prefer them for the extra ankle support because I work out very hard in aerobics classes.

I had to buy one size up from what I normally wear, but they are comfortable. The sides are higher and provide some ankle support.

I have always preferred to wear mid-high aerobic shoes for class. These are one of the best. They are a slight bit higher than the last style of Ryka I purchased, but are wonderfully supportive, light and comfortable. Love the fact that they come in both white and black. I bought both, of course!

Bought the Ryka N Gage Instructor for high top support, which is difficult to find. This high top shoe provides necessary support in step aerobics and especially my volleyball games! It's a well fitted shoe, and especially like the white/silver color you offer.

I love Ryka shoes, they give me great support and this is no exception. I use this shoe for step aerobics,kickbox, and lots of high impact. My feet love them! They are a little wide in the toes, and at first were a bit inflexible around the ankle, but that is fine now. I honestly prefer the Enlight, but Ryka doesn't make those anymore.

I grew frustrated with using cross trainers for high impact aerobics. I needed more cushioning in the ball of the foot. This shoe does the job. It is a good looking, lightweight shoe, great for impact aerobics. The only reason I did not give it a 5--it seems a little stiff at the back, along the Achilles. I am hoping this will break in after a few more workouts. I ordered a half size up, and it fits perfectly.

This was my first high-top purchase. I like Ryka brand shoes and wanted to try one with more support. I liked the fit and appreciated Shoe Buy's advice to buy a size larger. They were right on. It is not a good shoe for wood flooring found in some step aerobics classes. It is great for the gym and carpet flooring.
