I did what was suggested and went up a 1/2 size. They fit perfectly and I use them for my sculpt class. I don't think they have enough support for an aerobic class, but that is just my opinion. Otherwise, love the shoe.

Very comfortable shoe for exercise class. Great support for quick dance movements. Thick padding inside shoe is great for workouts on hard flooring. Would highly recommend this shoe!

These are really comfortable and supportive shoes although it took me a couple of days to get used to the arch support. My arches ached in spasm until they were used to the extra support. But, if you have a high instep the strap is uncomfortable to a point; not dramatically but enough that you are aware of it.
Wears this shoe: I bought these to wear to Italy; I am still here and wear them frequently.

Ryka was recommended to me by my Physical Therapist for comfort. The shoe was so comfortable and the fit was excellent. This style I can wear shopping, to meetings and it looks great with dressy slacks. I like the support it gives as well as the cushioning and the velcro fastening.
