I have a problem with my right ankle and I have found this shoe to support my ankles and keep me stable throughout my gym workout. I average 4 to 5 miles on the treadmill 5 days a week and this shoe has helped me tremendously. I keep a pair in my gym bag specifically for use at the gym and another pair to wear everywhere else.

This was my second pair of Ryka running shoes. I had bought the first pair on Shoebuy and had not only a great experience, but its a quality shoe and excellent for high arched feet. So, I came back this second time and have had a great experience so far.

Had a different model that I loved tried a more expensive pair. Price just like some things in life are not alway better. Will go back to the Ryka's that are less expensive that I loved.
