I have been buying Ryka walking/cross trainers for 10+ years and find valve and comfort. I wore them before I retired from nursing and now still wear them. No question about sizing. The same size always fits.

I have never found another shoe that fits like a Ryka crosstrainer nor wears as long. I have arthritis in my hips and knees and these shoes provide me with much needed support.

I am an avid exerciser: I do kick boxing, step aerobics & weight training but was previously using a running shoe for all my activities. This shoe has made a tremendous difference in my workouts since I no longer get sore feet from my strenuous workouts. I highly suggest this shoe for those that do not run for their active lifestyles.
