Shoe Size: Felt true to size Shoe Width: Felt true to width I wanted a nice looking flat that was not open toed. It is comfortable (not like I would go for run in it, but running errands is just fine), but the back strap does fall off. When I first tried them on in the house, I was ready to return them because the strap would fall off. However, I did not have time to get another pair of flats, so I wore them to an event. Actually, the "friction" or "heat" of wearing the shoes keeps the strap from falling off when walking. As soon as I sit down, the strap does slip down, so I have to readjust it before walking again.
