Shoe Size: Felt true to size Shoe Width: Felt true to width When I wear this shoe for dancing I need the clear flat plastic slip on band that encircles the shoe because this replaces the strap that you find on dance shoes. If I don't the heel slips.I am wearing a wide but the shoe is too wide at the heel. An insert in the front of the shoe might help the shoe fit more snugly in the back. The shoe looks nice on my foot. The heel height is moderate--good for swing dancing. Wears this shoe: I wear it when I wear a dress and for dancing.

Shoe Size: Felt half size smaller than marked Shoe Width: Felt true to width I love this shoe and I was very upset they did not fit right. I am going to exchange them for a different size, I hope this solves the problem. These shoes are so pretty I fell in love with them right away. Wears this shoe: to work and sometmes to dinner.

To be honest, I've never heard of this brand, but after years of torturing my super-wide feet to force other shoes to fit them, I embarked on a mission to find shoes that actually fit the width of my feet. With little luck in stores, as many brands don't make wide shoes, I am thankful for the websites that make strange shoe sizes so accessible. While I am not on my feet all day at work, I work on a large medical campus setting and walk around a lot, sometimes having to speed-walk a half mile to get from one meeting to the next in five minutes, and these shoes were a fabulous. The sides of the back of the shoes near the Achilles tendon of the foot are on the narrower side. This didn't bother me until after running around for a few hours, but no-rub strips did the trick for the first couple times of wearing them for long periods of time, a small price to pay considering the tops and sides of my feet and my toes were completely comfortable. I was impressed with the quality of the leather and rubber sole. These shoes seem to be well-made, professional, and comfortable. I got black patent, and ermine, which is a pretty nude color that goes with everything else. Wears this shoe: For work
