Shoe Size: Felt true to size Shoe Width: Felt true to width As the other reviewer noted, the straps are NOT adjustable. There is extra room around the ankle (I'd say I have normal ankles). They also look pretty clunky- I mean I was expecting chunky because it's a flatform, but they look big. I got in black and white, and I'm definitely returning the white (cheap looking), and I'm not sure about the black. Wears this shoe: 3/2013

Shoe Size: Felt half size smaller than marked Shoe Width: Felt true to width I really like these shoes, alot! So much I'm willing to deal with the fact they are a little bit shorter than they should be, so my big toe tends to want to hang out the edge of the shoe. I also had to add a hole to make the buckles tighter, and when I did I noticed even with an added hole, I couldn't make them tighter. Its actually a fixed strap. I have extremely tiny ankles, so I think if your just normal, no problem. Definitely get a 1/2 size bigger, as the shoe has a recessed foot bed, so your foot should fit in it.
