Too wide in the forefoot area; really nice soft cushiony soles. The tongue is a bit stiff, but I suspect it will loosen up. The sole has great grip on ice. The shoe is a bit too large.

Down side - What is it with the Chinese shoes? Every time I buy a pair the Medium gets wider. Sometimes it scares me to look down at my feet-they look so unnaturally w-i-d-e! I feel like I am paddling around in duck's feet!. Funny smell to the leather - very chemically and the shine seems artificially bright. And yes, they seem hotter than normal, too.Upside - The shoes are VERY comfortable - even if feet feel a bit loose side-to-side. It is like walking on big marshmallows - so I will see how they are over the long run! All in all , so far so good! I honestly do like the shoes well enough to be considering another pair!

These were really comfortable from the first time I wore them. I knew they were a little larger than the measurements but from my past experience with Propet, I expected they would be fine for me. They were, no break-in time was needed. For me they serve as a summer gardening shoe and a general walking shoe.
Very comfortable shoes.
