Shoe Size: Felt true to size Shoe Width: Felt true to width This is my second pair. These shoes are very comfortable and require no breaking in. Even my teenage daughter said that she likes them! Wears this shoe: To work in a school, also for casual wear with jeans.

Easy to break in, and comfortable

Shoe Size: Felt half size larger than marked Shoe Width: Felt wider than marked I've been wearing these Propets for a couple of weeks now, and have had no pain breaking them in. I have bunions and wanted a wider shoe, and these have worked out well. If anything they may be a little too wide. I ordered a size 10, but these feel like 10 1/2 extra, extra wide. This is handy in that my feet won't have to go through the usual 2 weeks of pain breaking them in. However, they do feel a bit too wide at the heel.Anyway, overall they are very comfortable, the leather is not too stiff, the insoles are very comfortable and substantial, not the usual cheap stuff. I would recommend these shoes to anyone with wide feet. If you have normal feet, I would order a size smaller than you normally wear. Wears this shoe: Work and out with friends; they go anywhere.

My dad has a wide foot and it has been difficult to find shoes for him at a reasonable price. In addition to that, he is picky. I know Propet is known for quality shoes with style, above average comfort and support. The Santa Cruz looks good and feels great for him. Dress it up or dress it down, the shoe looks good.
