I've bought other wide shoes to fit my orthopedic needs. While they were pretty low in price, they all failed in quality and durability...until this pair from OrthoFeet. Truly made for people with foot problems.

These shoes are comfortable but thought they were overpriced.The sizing didin't seem accurate and they seemed much wider than every other shoe I have(and they all are listed as the same width) They were made in China and thought that should have been mentioned in your catalog.I do appreciate you letting me voice my poinion

I am a hemoplegic with lymphodemaon my paralyzed side. I also require extra wide shoes. For several year the only shoes I could find were "Walking Shoes" from a Health Catalog. These lasted 2-3 month and fell apart. The Orthofeet 572 is comfortable, lasts longer than the cheap shoe and I find only one fault; the black dye seems to cause a slight rash. I keep 2 pair so I can change each day. Will continue to buy.

I like this shoe - it is reasonably high quality. I am a repeat buyer over 5-6 years. My only observation is that since manufacture when to China, the width for an XW has considerably narrowed - I now need to have a boot maker stretch the shoe width so it can accommodate my orthotic. It would be good if the quality control department at Orthofeet got their chinese manufacturer to fix this issue.

I am 75 year old man and my feet don't hurt wearing theses shoes. Looks nice. You can wear theses anywhere. Feels nice. I will find out how long they last. I will buy theses shoes again.

I like the style. Its my fault that I ordered a size 8 instead of a size 8 1/2. Maybe next time I will do that. In any advent, they feel comfortable and I wear them often.

I had inherited a pair from my brother-in-law and liked them so much that I searched them out. They are comfortable and being that they are fisherman sandals there is plenty of ventilation. I had been using walking shoes but my socks were soaked every morning. These solved the problem. Would highly recommend these. How well they wear will take a matter of time to evaluate.

I bought this orthofeet shoe 572 for my father who is 63 years old. He really likes these shoes, because they are really comfortable on his feet. He wears them to go walking on his days off.

I thought the Orthofeet 572 were a bit pricey when I bought my first pair based on their recommendation for Diabetics. I slipped them on and was impressed with the maximum comfort I've ever felt wearing shoes! I wear them everywhere with their "funky" styling and get compliments on their design. About six months ago I purchased a treadmill and decided to wear the Orthos on the mill, mile and a half every morning. I have suffered from jogging when younger and was worried about proper support and comfort. No worries, my feet are fine and the Orthos have taken the beating in stride. They are made on pigskin like a football and are extremely durable. On a recent sale I ordered a second pair. I hope to live long enough to wear out the first pair!
