I bought 6 of these for a medical mission trip to Jamaica. After being packed and not over stuffed 2 of the bag's zippers pulled off the cloth siding. I called and quickly received an email with UPS return label and got a refund to PayPal account b/c I could not get replacements in time. I did receive a code to use since I had ordered those with 25% off coupon. The others survived the trip without any problems and was able to nest 3of the 26" bags in 1 of the 29" bags to save $$ on return baggage. Overall good experience, received product 7 days after ordering.

I bought 2 for the kids to go to sleepaway camp. the size was great for all their stuff for one week. But the zipper broke in less than 30 minutes! We were in a huge rush to send them off the next day, so I sewed the bag myself. All in all, the design is nice, but the quality is bad.
