Shoe Size: Felt true to size Shoe Width: Felt true to width Due to the nature of my foot, I realized late in life that a regular pump was no longer the wise style for me due to a wide instep and a narrow heel. My shoes were always slipping off in the back. I found the Naturalizer Jameson style the perfect shoe to solve this problem. I am able to wear it as soon as it comes out of the box. It's leather, it has a strap that can be regulated and I never lose my shoe especially when walking up the steps as I did one night at the Metropolitan Opera House. THAT was embarrassing. Wears this shoe: Perfect shoes with pants I believe so I wear them almost always.
