I recently had a brace/orthotic built for my right foot and ankle and was told to just get tennis shoes for it. I have to get a size larger than I would normally wear. I hated being in clunky shoes all the time and wanted something a little dressier for church and other occaisions and to wear with dresses. I saw the other review and decided to give them a try. They work great with my orthotic and they are so nice and light. My friend who is a shoe horse with no problem feet wants a pair because they are so cute. It is nice to have a pair of shoes I can still get compliments with! I wear them both to work and church. They are comfortable all day. I just add an extra insert in my left shoe and it fits that foot fine with the ankle strap and all.
