Change my life!
May 25, 2011

Shoe Size: Felt true to size Shoe Width: Felt true to width This is the second pair of MBT shoes I have bought. I got these for work; I work as a teacher. I cannot say enough good things about MBTs! I had severe plantar fascitis with huge bone spurs on my heels. I was unable to exercise and would be in so much pain at the end of the day, and especially in the mornings after sleeping(common for this condition). Wearing these shoes eliminated the pain, I was able to start exercising and lost 40 pounds. You have to break into the shoes slowly, because you are carrying your body in a whole new way - I had sore muscles everywhere after wearing them the first day (even deep core muscles). My legs are much firmer, and the "derriere" has lifted a lot! Don't be fooled by cheap knock-offs! These are the real deal - the physiological shoes that they actually studied! God Bless the person who invented these shoes! Wears this shoe: EVERYDAY!

MBT for wider foot
November 13, 2010
Reviewer: Glaure49 from California
Shoe Size: Felt half size smaller than marked Shoe Width: Felt true to width MBT's run narrow, but this is a good shoe if you have a wide foot. Just order a half size up. The shoes are excellent if you have joint problems. Takes the stress off my bad knee. Wears this shoe: All the time!
