Shoe Size: Felt true to size Shoe Width: Felt true to width I tore my plantar muscle and the podiatrist recommended that I buy some shoes with a rocker sole. The shoes, together with simple exercise and strapping, improved my foot immensely. I now have bought three pairs of these shoes and I wear them nearly all the time as they are very comfortable.
