Very pleasantly surprised. First time ordering shoes on line and I was leary regarding shoe fit. These boots fit like custom built!I need to wear boots daily for my job and spend 8-12 hours in them, so they must be comfortable.

There is nothing I dislike about this boot. I do armed security so I'm on my feet all day. They feel really good and they come on and off really easy. I like the zipper feature although I haven't used it lately. I also swapped out the insoles with Gel Insoles which made even more comfortable. Worth every penny spent.

I am very happy with it and bought another 2 pairs. This new model is a little harder to put on (with my orthotics) beacuse of the flap of rubber that was placed behind the zipper which doesn't allow the shoe to open as much as before. This flap also has a tendency to get stuck in the zipper, but careful zipping and unzipping fixes that.

I have purchased this shoe for over 7 years. It holds up to inclement weather and is very comfortable. I keep purchasing this shoe due to the construction as it outlasts any shoe I used before discovering this one.
