This is a tough mountaineering boot. If you have a tendency to over rotate your ankle, this boot does help. Even though this boot is a heavy hiker, the air circulation system really keeps my feet dry during even the hottest days on the range. I've even worn these boots fighting fires and then polished them up and wore them to work the next day.
