It takes some getting used to, it feels like you have lost your heel. So your toes are higher than your heel. You are basically walking uphill all day. But they are comfortable shoes. I wear them to work daily and walk several blocks back and forth across campus. Im surprised at how much I like the negative heel. It seems to align my foot more naturally and eliminates pressure points on the ball of my foot. I usually wear a size 9. However, medium (B) width is sometimes a bit tight but a wide(C)width is usually too wide. I ordered a 9B ...they fit perfectly. Wears this shoe: Daily to work
