Shoe Width: Felt true to width Puts a spring in your step. I thought they were going to be too small I usually wear either a 6 1/2 or 7 so I ordered the 6 1/2. They felt tight but one trip across the living room and they immediately became my favorites. Wears this shoe: so far I have worn it everywhere except to church

Shoe Size: Felt half size smaller than marked Shoe Width: Felt narrower than marked There are not many combination black & brown casual shoes out there. Even though they feel rather snug, I don't think I will find another pair of comfortable walking shoes in the black and brown leather color combination. I may just have to take them to my Shoe Rapair and have them stretched because the liquid Shoe Stretch I have been using has not helped--the shoes are simply too small in width and length. I feel that the instep is perfect and eventually will be a great walking shoe (I hope). Wears this shoe: Dress-down Fridays and for walking around town

At first, there was a lot of pinching in the toe areas, but that went away for the most part after breaking the shoe in a bit more.Overall, it is a comfortable shoe with few problems after breaking it in. Shoe Size: Felt half size smaller than marked Shoe Width: Felt narrower than marked I wear an 8 so I followed the reviews and ordered an 8 1/2. They still felt small and narrow. I really wanted to love these shoes but didn't and for the cost I had to love them. They also made my feet sweat, not a good thing when you are on your feet a good part of the day :(
