I have recurrent patellofemoral syndrome in my knees, and these shoes have done wonders in keeping everything working the way it should. Also, they've helped tone my butt with all the walking I do between the bus and the office (2.5 miles each day). I love the negative heel so much that I also now have Kalso Earth in rain boots and sandals, anything I will walk any distance in. Wears this shoe: Every day
