Way too small

Shoe Size: Felt full size smaller than marked Shoe Width: Felt narrower than marked Have been buying size 12M J&M shoes for years. For the first time, the 12M did not fit. In fact, these shoes are the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever worn. Unfortunately, I tried to break them in over two wearings at work and the shoes are not returnable now. Shoe Size: Felt true to size Shoe Width: Felt true to width Like the padding, feel, and style. I have skinny feet so its not too difficult to get my foot in and out of the shoes. I could see that if you had a fatter foot that it may be more challenging to get on and off. But once its on, it feels great. Wears this shoe: several times a week to work.
