FitFlop sandals' doctor-developed patent-pending microwobbleboard™ technology delivers enhanced leg muscle loading by combining three varying densities of EVA in a single smooth-underfoot midsole piece.
With a thick, firm heel strike area to absorb shock and push the foot into midstep, a soft expanse under the centre-foot, and a mid-density toe off area, slight instability is created to 'switch' the relevant muscle groups on for longer periods during every single step.

I wish I had known about them sooner, I have neuropathy in one foot and all my other shoes start to be very uncomfortable after a period of several hours but these feel good all day.
