My podiatrist wants me to wear the ugliest shoes ever, but I need to be stylish in my job. So, I got these because it looked like they had arch support. They do! Arch support, toe and heel cups, and the footbed is like a birk, only very stylish. I wore them to a conference where I was doing a lot of walking, and after 9 hours my feet felt great! I am in the process of buying several more pairs of earthies. Wears this shoe: work
