Way too tight, too narrow

Shoe Size: Felt full size smaller than marked Shoe Width: Felt narrower than marked I wear a 9 medium and I could not fit my feet into the bottom of this shoe. It was way too tight, too narrow.The shoe design on top is pretty but the clunky foot bed looks like a fat orthodic that is not right for the shoe. That and the fat heel detract from the feminine look of the shoe. If it was the same color as the shoe (I ordered black) then that would help it look less clunky. It appears to have a nice arch support. If you have a narrow foot then this shoe might fit you but my foot fits most medium width shoes and this shoe appeared to be extra narrow.

These shoes are fantastic!! The insole is amazing. There is absolutely no pressure on my bunions or on my toes in these heels. I can walk easily and the look great!!
