I owned another pair of DB514s and so I knew ahead of time that I was ordering an awesome pair of boots at a great sale price. I normally wear 9EE so I ordered this size but when they came they felt about a half size too big. So I sent them back for refund (following the quick and easy instructions) and ordered 8.5EE. In just a few days they arrived and fit great. I'm wearing them as I write this. The only mild complaint I have is that they should flare the upper portions a bit more so you get a little more calf-clearance. But I still give them 5 stars, or at least 4.9.
Wears this shoe: I wear this boot for daily service from fall through spring.

After years and years of searching for this type of boot, this brand and style is the perfect match for what I wanted. A great looking boot, exact size and width, extremely comfortable. Please, please please don't do like most companies and discontinue this line after a few years.

Very nice looking boot. Slides on easily and feels good on your foot.In spite of wearing some extra long socks,they slip down and the top of the front of the boot rubbes on your bare skin on your shin,which is quite tender.Not sure what I cando about this.But the boots are overall very nice looking and fitting boots
