I wanted a boot to support my ankles on day hikes. This one is perfect. It's a narrow width which is very hard to find in a shoe like this. It's light weight, nicely padded, the canvas helps ventilate my foot and I like the rugged sole. It really fits me and it looks cute and not clunky.

I have a very narrow foot and have always had trouble finding shoes that are comfortable and fit well.Boots are particularly hard to find. This boot fits well and was very comfortable the first time I wore it.

I bought this boot for a Girl Scout leader backpacking training trip in Shenandoah NP. I couldn't find wide boots at the outdoors stores locally and was somewhat worried about buying boots online. But these fit great right out of the box, even with two pairs of socks. I had dry, blister-free feet for the whole trip!
