Usually wear Desiree in 6XX. Had to go up to 6XL (6EEE)in this shoe to accommodate orthotic. Been Drew customer for many years. No complaints with Drew. The 16 last is a perfect fit. I actually have a lot of women comment on my Desiree shoes.
