These boots were yet another disappointment. They don't fit well around the ankle, and they have a hollow, clunky sound when you walk in them.

These shoes are definitely cute, feel true to size, but the platform piece feels like a wooden block or cement, it plain just hurt to walk in the shoes. The velvet material is nice and easy to clean and if I hadn't worn them, they'd be going back. Additionally, it came with an extra heel guard which makes me think these must break easily.
