Reviewer: Disappointed in Florida from Holiday, FL
I bought these shoes to wear to a gala event and when I got them they were beautiful, but...I ordered them in an 8-1/2 wide and I received 8-1/2 medium and they are too narrow. So disappointed because I can't find any red shoes like these in any stores in my area. I am sending them back. I e-mailed to ask about exchanging them for the wide size and got no response. Won't buy shoes on line again.

I searched high and low for an open toes, d'orsay pump in ivory and this was the only one I found. Thank goodness it's perfect. The cut is elegant and the shoe is comfortable. I usually wear a size 7.5, but I found that the 8 was a bit more comfortable, especially taking into account that I will be wearing it all day. I couldn't be happier with this shoe!

The shoes are just what they look like in the pictures. Very pretty and elegant, good for any serious occasions or for fun. And love the intricate lace. These shoes will look just as stunning but even more simpler without the bows, but the bows are fine just the way they are.Since my shoe size is rather small, 5.5 or 6, it is a challenge to walk in these extra high heels and I hear my ankles crack walking in these every now and then. So if you have small feet, very aware that it might be hard to walk in these.

The photo doesn't do the detail justice - this shoe is absolutely beautiful. Why not 5 stars then? Well, I'm looking for a wedding shoe and the high heel wasn't comfortable enough to think I could wear it for 12 hours. If it was maybe an inch lower, I wouldn't have returned them.
