Pumps are heeled shoes that are typically tapered to a point or a narrow square toe. The upper of a pump covers the heel and sides of the foot, leaving the top of the foot exposed, which allows the wearer to slip on the shoe.

This is a great work shoe for me. More comfortable than most heels, although it pinches slightly at the opening by the toes, but nothing too horrible. My biggest complaint is that in the toe box area the shoe kind of bunches or wrinkles and it makes it look a little strange. Nothing anyone would notice, but I do!

The perfect walk-to-work shoe, but runs small. I have several pairs of Bruno Magli's in the same size, but I had to return these because they run small, both in length and width.
