I am an orthopedic massage therapist, and I recommend these shoes to many in my practice. They help those that walk on the outside of their feet to learn how to walk more in the middle and stretch the insides of their legs. This is particularly healthy for runners, who usually have this problem. I work for a personal fitness trainer, who runs a studio, and I am trying to get her to try them. Sneaker fits good.I use them for shopping and walking. I have bad feet and legs due to standing and walking, while I worked at the nursing profession. But I'm not as tired after a day of shopping when I wear these shoes.
