I am so happy with tis company, customer service are so helpful and polite,their return policy is unheard of they even pay for return postage, no question asked, if you are unhappy for some reason they are right there to help you in any way they can. Softspots Achelle Cute shoes but not comfortable

I have worn them out so I can't return them. I thought these shoes would be comfortable and soft, but they are hard. The peep toes rub my toes, the shoe bed is hard and the sole doesn't have any flex. They did feel narrow enough. Maybe when it's 100 outside and my feet are hot and sweaty they will feel more comfy?

This shoe gets serious style points. Really, the heart design can't get any cuter. Quality construction is there too--mine said they were made in El Salvador. They are however, running a full size too big and are quite narrow on my wide foot. I ordered a 10, then returned for a 9.5. Still too big that I can put my index finger in the back of my heel and there's still plenty of room. I'm not ordering the 9 for fear that it will be to narrow.
