Winter is the coldest period of the four seasons. Winter occurs between fall and spring; during the months of December, January, and February in the northern hemisphere; and during June, July and August in the Southern hemisphere. Winter is characterized by cold weather, with snow and ice on the higher latitudes.

I read the reviews about them being on the smaller side and ordered size nine, usually I am size 8 or 8.5. They do stretch but I like them comfortable. Nice tread on soles too.

I bought these boots for myself and my daughter. We both like the feel of the boots. I bought a 1/2 size larger than my normal size and they fit perfect. They are warm and comfortable and they have good traction on the bottom.

These boots are exactly what I was looking for--something stylish enough for the city, but practical enough to survive the cold and wet New England winters. These are very comfortable to walk around in, they have a nice soft sole. I will say that I have very narrow calves, and these boots fit me pretty snugly with a pair of jeans tucked in. If you have large calves, these might not be comfortable.

Quality material and comfortable enough for everyday wear if desired. I work in emergency medicine and wore these boots to work for a 4 hour shift with the intention of hiking afterwards...well it ended up turning into 12 straight hours on my feet without a hint of discomfort. I've mucked around in them, worn them in snow/slush and the waterproofing is solid. I'm an 11.5 and these fit true to size although they seemed a bit snug on my toes the first day or two however that soon went away (maybe pressure on the toe area while boxed?) Overall very satisfied, when you spend over 90 dollars on a pair of boots you expect comfort and quality and these have delivered. As far as long term quality I can't make any statements as I've only had them about a month.
