I really liked the shoe but it definitely runs small. I was going to try 1/2 size bigger but several reviews said full size so that is what I'm going to try. Otherwise, I think I will/would love this shoe.

My orthotics fit fine in this shoe but the heel of the shoe doesn't come up quite far enough to keep it from slipping. I have to lace them tightly to keep that from happening. That's the only down-side and otherwise fits perfectly. The shoe is very comfortable and drop-dead gorgeous! I love them.
Wears this shoe: With socks and jeans, stockings and dress pants, barefoot and with shorts.

I liked this shoe. It did take adjustment time to get used to the slipping heel feeling. Once I got over that I was able to wear the shoe all day. It handles orthotics well. Drew makes great shoes!
