I love the way this shoe looks and feels. They wear like iron and look great with business casual attire or a suit. Give these a few days to break in. I used to wear Ecco shoes. J&M are a much higher quality shoe, real leather and last much longer.

Have been buying size 12M J&M shoes for years. For the first time, the 12M did not fit. In fact, these shoes are the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever worn. Unfortunately, I tried to break them in over two wearings at work and the shoes are not returnable now. So I am stuck with a pair of extremely uncomfortable shoes.

I first ordered these shoes but they were half size smaller width and large. Later I could finally exchange them for others and those fitted perfectly. I really recommend shoes.

Nunn Bush Maddox Very Unsatisfactory Fit

I wear black, cap-toe dress shoes 5 days a week and need a quality, comfortable fit with leather that takes a good spit-shine. Well, these had nice leather and shined OK; however, the leather was simply too hard, did not "break in" adequately, and frankly after a month of wear the shoes hurt all the time!I finally gave up and bought a new pair of Bostonians through ShoeBuy which I've been wearing for many, many years.Nice try, Nunn Bush but the leather is too hard and won't break in.
