The shoes are just what they look like in the pictures. Very pretty and elegant, good for any serious occasions or for fun. And love the intricate lace. These shoes will look just as stunning but even more simpler without the bows, but the bows are fine just the way they are.Since my shoe size is rather small, 5.5 or 6, it is a challenge to walk in these extra high heels and I hear my ankles crack walking in these every now and then. So if you have small feet, very aware that it might be hard to walk in these.

I have been wearing these shoes for a couple of years now, and I mean for EVERYTHING! They are water shoes, and although I walk my dogs on the beach every morning, I wear them all the time. I was looking for a shoe that would allow my feet to walk naturally, thus aline my feet, legs and back in a natural way & I have to say these are exactly what I was looking for, but never found. They hold your top foot snugly and have a tough soul that protects your foot and also grips a surface so you do not slip. I am a physical therapist and use them when working...they hold me firm while working with patients. One of my MS patients now wears them too.....hard for him to walk & they keep him from slipping. I wear thin socks with them to prevent sweating and the first time I ordered then I thought they were too small as I first put them on...as you keep going & get your foot into them, they are just right, not too loose or too tight. Lovely. They look great with jeans....very trendy!!
