My daughter owns these boots and I wanted them the minute I saw them. We had a two foot snowstorm right after they came so they got a good workout. I like that they are high enough so the snow does not get inside and my feet stayed nice and warm, which was what I was looking for. The actual foot portion is quite stiff, but I think that's the nature of the material. I think they look amazing and will last forever if cared for. I am very pleased and my sister-in-law saw them and ordered herself a pair right away. They are a winner.

I bought this shoe because it came in wide. I live in a snowy place and the sole has good traction, so I've worn it almost every day this winter. It has held up well. When it first arrived, it was really tight and difficult to get on, but once I got it on, it was comfortable. It is much easier to get on now, but it has stayed snug; which is good for a slip-on. There is a little U-shaped "comfort gel" in the heel of the footbed; I could take it or leave it. If you don't like it, the footbed slips out, so you could insert a Dr. Scholl's insole.

At first, I thought these were too small. But I walked around the house in them for a few minutes and realized the tightness was up around the toe area where my toes meet my foot, on the sides. I was going to exchange the 7.5 for an 8 but then thought then the length would be too long. I noticed this shoe comes in a wide width. Generally I do not need a wide width shoe. All my other shoes are average or medium width. I opted for the 7.5W and they are much better fitting now around the toe and side of my toes. The length of the shoe is perfect. The 8M would have been too long and I bet the width would still have felt cramped. Consider the wide width on these. I like the material. It's soft leather like feel. It does not look cheap or plasticy like some ballet flats. I love a point on a ballet shoe to lengthen my shorter legs. These are a great pair for wear with jeans, workpants or even a simple dress paired with tights. Very happy with these and sure they will be a wardrobe staple.
