Latex is a chemical substance which is used to create rubber. Natural latex is obtained from the sap of certain plants and can be later vulcanized and finished into a variety of products. Latex materials are known to have many applications especially in the footwear industry where they can be used to make shoe insoles and outsoles to add flexibility and extra cushioning.

This is my fourth pair of Spring Step Sabras. They hold up well, but I wear them constantly during any time of year that it's not too cold. The strap allows me to adjust it a bit for my narrow feet, and they're lightweight enough that they don't slip around a lot.
Wears this shoe: To work and afterwards.
