Mary janes are shoes with a strap, or multiple straps, across the top of the shoe, usually right over the top of the foot. Mary janes typically have rounded closed toes.

I really like the style of these shoes and they go great with skirts, pants or long dresses. They are a comfortable shoe, but not enought to walk around several miles. I wished they had them in smooth leather, but the material is sturdy and they are well made. I could have used a bit more length in toe area, but hoping they will stretch a little. I am a good size 8.5M, but a size 9 would have been too long.

I have been looking for Ros Hommerson shoes for years after having stumbled onto a pair that were the most comfortable shoes I ever wore. These shoes are very comfortable. The first day I wore them was at work. After 9+ hours, my feet still felt great-no rubbing on the ankles, etc.

Needed an orthotic white shoe for my whitepants, but didn't want an orthotic-looking shoe. Drew doesn't make many pretty white shoes and this was the nicest I found. Haven't worn it other than around the house so far, as it's still winter, but it's comfortable.
